We are an independent and confidential counselling service based in Nailsworth near Stroud in Gloucestershire. At our premises in Market Street you will find a discreet, relaxing and safe environment in which to explore your issues with a supportive, experienced counsellor.

We may be able to help individuals with:

We have an integrative and person-centred approach which means:

* that we incorporate a number of therapeutic approaches in order to be most helpful to you and your needs.

* that we value and respect you as an individual and recognise your capacity to decide what feels good for you and also the potential you have for change.


When you contact us we will arrange a free initial assessment session at which you and your counsellor will find out about each other. It will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about the process of counselling without commitment. We then give you time to consider whether you feel you would like to work with your counsellor before arranging further appointments. We are happy to work with you on a short or long-term basis.
